Terms and Condition For Guarantee

For Direct Customer :

Arihant Brand Jewellery is guaranteed for six months for gold plating only. Not for spoilage, breakage and negligence in use.

 

For replacement of the product the customer has to duly submit the guarantee card filled with the relevant details along with purchase invoice.

 

No guarantee will be offered on the new replaced product.

 

Box will not be replaced. Only manufacturing defected goods will be replaced once.

 

If all the conditions are fulfilled the customer can replace the product from the shop from where he/she purchased the Arihant brand jewellery.

For Distributors/Wholesalers & Bulk Order Supplies :

  • The product has an inherent manufacturing defect.
  • The customer has received a product other than the one ordered.
  • Above mentioned conditions.
  • Wholesalers/Distributers can replace directly from the head office.

 

The merchant will replace the returned defective product subject to availability of stocks. For products not in stock, the merchant will credit the account of the customer for the invoice value. The amount so credited to the account will be adjusted against future purchase(s) made by the customer. The merchant will have sole discretion and authority to decide any dispute or difference of opinion on any matter relating to complaints of manufacturing defect and/or return policy.
